CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales (preferably in digital marketing or tech services)
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and effective in remote work environments
• Familiar with UK/USA market dynamics and business culture.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms
  Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who:
• Have worked as a Business Developer in the UK and USA markets
• Have prior experience working in a digital marketing agency
• Have knowledge or experience with Upwork and Fiverr platforms linkedIn Outreach Experience.
• Have hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets (UK/USA)
• Build and nurture strong client relationships
• Understand client needs and pitch digital marketing & automation solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
