Durasafe Pte Ltd is a leading provider of industrial safety equipment and solutions across Asia. As part of our strategic expansion into Busan South Korea, we are seeking a driven and globally-minded Business Development Executive to lead our market entry and growth efforts. This role is designed to support activities including overseas business development and market setup.
You will play a key role in developing Durasafe’s presence in Busan South Korea by identifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting localization efforts. This position offers overseas exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and a clear pathway for career growth in international business.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field
• Fluency in English; Korean language proficiency is a strong advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse cultural environments
• Experience in industrial safety or B2B sectors is preferred
• Duration of contract: 01 Dec 2025 - 31 Dec 2026

• Conduct market research and feasibility analysis for Busan South Korea
• Identify and engage potential distributors, partners, and clients
• Support localization of product offerings and marketing strategies
• Coordinate logistics, pricing, and regulatory compliance with HQ
• Represent Durasafe Singapore at Korean trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations for management
• Track KPIs and provide insights on market traction and expansion strategy
