A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying corporate partners, expanding market reach, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence and developing strategic relationships that align with our growth objectives.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • B2C / B2B
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
  • Freshers are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and deal closing.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in CPS Business Model, Affiliate System & Marketing Automation Tool.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing trends is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with potential leads through market research and networking.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities
  • Manage the end-to-end on boarding process for corporate partners, publishers, and affiliates.
  • Review and align legal documents like contracts and proposals with company goals.
  • Collaborate with partners (Corporate Partners, Publishing Networks, Affiliates) to drive traffic, sales, and app/website engagement.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Commercial teams to launch impactful offers and campaigns.
  • Lead face-to-face or virtual client meetings to explore new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and marketing activities.
  • Maintain and grow a client database to track leads and opportunities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Represent company at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences as needed.
  • Track, analyze, and report on business development activities and outcomes.
