JOB DESCRIPTION – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Our client is a specialist hire company with a unique consultative approach who offer tailored solutions for dust control, fume extraction, ventilation, noise barriers, water treatment, environmental monitoring, and climate control. They are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their busy team, they require likeminded people to continue to build and grow their business.
They are a dynamic fast-growing company and have been established for 30 years. Their company is dedicated to protecting long term health on site and the environment. They provide equipment, via hire or contract sale to control on site hazards and maintain a productive work environment.
Experience:
· Telephone prospects and customers to promote the Company’s services and products
· Working in a Business Development/Sales role
· Clear speaking voice - essential
· Good general IT skills.
· Experience in making 40-60 proactive calls a day
· Office based
· Strong customer focus with a high standard of service
· Confident in speaking to a variety of decision makers
Hours of work: Full Time, Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 (1 hour lunch)
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum + commission
Commission after probation period is £11,500 - £14,000 annually.
Benefits: 23 days plus Bank Holidays per annum increasing with service; Pension Scheme – Auto Enrolment; Healthcare (Available after completion of Probationary Period) and Development Support.
