Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in Dubai holiday homes, short-term rentals, or real estate business development/sales
• Strong knowledge of the *Dubai property market
• Existing relationships with property owners, landlords, investors, or brokers is an advantage
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• UAE driving licence is preferred
