JOB SUMMARY

The Business Development Executive supports the Sales & Marketing team in driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research. This entry-level role is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 3 years of experience.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
• 0-3 years’ experience in business development or sales
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus

• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies
• Support negotiations and closing of agreements with new clients
• Provide account management support to existing clients
• Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities
• Assist in lead generation programs and follow up on leads
• Conduct market research and review changes to market trends and competitor activities
• Attend business conferences and networking events to generate leads
