About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (Enterprise Sales) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Bangalore market and proven experience in hunting and acquiring new enterprise clients. This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role focused on building a robust sales pipeline and closing high-value B2B deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the enterprise segment. Conduct market research to map out potential clients in the Bangalore region. Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, procurement heads, etc.). Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Deliver customized presentations and proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align client needs with solutions. Attend networking events, conferences, and industry forums to generate leads and promote the company. Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales with a strong focus on client acquisition. Excellent understanding of the Bangalore market and enterprise ecosystem. Proven track record of hunting new clients and achieving/exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
