JOB SUMMARY:

  • We are seeking a fresher or early-career professional with a background in any Bachelor’s programme.
  • This role is ideal for someone who wants to launch their career in IT sales, client acquisition, and consulting business development.
  • You’ll undergo 4–8 weeks of structured training, learning about our solutions, sales strategies, and market landscape.
  • After successful training, you’ll start engaging with clients to sell IT consulting services, identify new opportunities, and help us grow our customer base.
Responsibilities
  • Learn and represent BuzzClan’s service offerings in AI, Cloud, Data, and Digital Transformation
  • Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking
  • Assist in building and nurturing client relationships and sales pipelines
  • Collaborate with internal solution teams to tailor proposals and presentations
  • Attend meetings, client visits, and industry events (up to 25% travel)
  • Maintain CRM data and prepare weekly reports
