THE OPPORTUNITY

Drive growth and innovation as a Business Development Executive across our business! We’re looking for a dynamic sales professional with a strong network and expertise in medical communications to identify and convert new business opportunities. In this key role, you’ll collaborate closely with our vertical business areas and Technology team and Finance partners, turning leads into revenue while ensuring seamless CRM management. Your strategic mindset will help shape our go-to-market approach and align vertical strategies with EPG’s broader commercial vision.

Responsibilities
  • Drive lead generation and business development efforts, collaborating across teams to identify and secure new opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling, consultative presentations on our services to pharma and biotech stakeholders at all levels.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their portfolios, strategic priorities, and market positioning.
  • Champion a value-based sales approach to create a strong pipeline, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Track and analyze sales performance using CRM data, refining strategies as needed to maximize success.
  • Contribute to RFI and RFP development, ensuring high-quality, competitive responses.
  • Play a key role in pitch development, incorporating client feedback to enhance effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, expanding our presence and engagement
