REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience with proven results in a B2B Business Development role
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Project management experience is an asset
  • Skilled at creating a culture of performance, accountability and trust
  • Leader skilled at uniting, inspiring, influencing, training and motivating others
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Experience building relationships internal and external to the organization
  • High-level critical and creative thinking, problem-solving solving and analysis skills

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize sales opportunities throughout the existing company customer base Identify, qualify, pursue and support new sales opportunities, either with the Field Sales Team or individually Work with internal and external service providers to successfully bid/quote on larger equipment installation projects Train Field Sales Team on equipment sales Communicate with equipment vendors to stay current on product offerings and sales strategies to provide technical support
