JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven ERP Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting ERP solutions, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ERP systems, consultative selling skills, and the ability to understand clients’ business processes to provide tailored solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–7 years of proven sales experience in ERP or enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
• Strong business acumen with consultative selling approach.
• UAE market knowledge and a valid driving license (for UAE-based roles).

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and influencers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase ERP capabilities.
• Understand customer requirements, business processes, and challenges to propose suitable ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical team to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports.
