REQUIREMENTS:

  • Engineering/Management Graduates
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales in Facilities Management or Technical Services in the Gulf region.
  • Proven track record in selling HVAC services/contracts.
  • Strong client network within the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for HVAC services.
  • Generate leads, secure new contracts, and expand the company’s client portfolio.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contract documents.
  • Work closely with technical and operations teams to align service offerings with client requirements.
