Key Responsibilities: -Identify, research, and approach potential B2B clients across the European market through channels like cold calling, social media, and networking. -Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients, providing tailored business solutions. -Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate our value proposition. -Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. -Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. -Collaborate closely with internal teams to share insights and continuously improve service delivery. -Maintain accurate and timely sales reports to track progress against goals. Requirements & Qualifications Language & Communication: -Fluency in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Experience: -Minimum of 2 years’ B2B sales experience, preferably within the localization, translation, or language services sector. -Proven exposure to or experience in the European market is highly preferred. -Background in call center or inside sales is an advantage. Skills & Competencies: -Proven ability to build and nurture business relationships. -Strong research, presentation, and negotiation skills. -Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. -Outgoing personality with a professional approach and passion for connecting with clients. Working Conditions -Location: Egypt-based. -Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Cairo Time). -Work Model: Hybrid – blend of office and remote flexibility. -Support: Full onboarding, mentoring, and growth guidance.
