JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales.
  • Existing network of contacts within the real estate sector.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
