QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the Facility Management industry within the UAE
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network of contacts in real estate, construction, and property management sectors.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial, residential, industrial, and government sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements and deliver customized FM solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of facility management services, pricing models, and market standards in the UAE.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
• Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, forecast, and achievements for management review.
