ABOUT US:

We are a dynamic event management company specializing in creating unforgettable experiences — from weddings and corporate functions to seasonal festivals and private celebrations. We are looking for an energetic and creative Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and drive business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Female candidates only (as per role requirement).
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in events, hospitality, or media industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for events and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an added advantage.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for events, corporate clients, and private celebrations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Create and execute marketing strategies (online & offline) to promote event services.
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and run campaigns to boost brand presence.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and event packages to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote the company’s services.
  • Maintain a database of potential leads and track sales performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
