BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (FIELD SALES) – FULL-TIME

As part of their continued expansion, we are seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Executives (Field Sales) to join their growing team.   • Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 (DOE) + Commission

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and other tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
  • Handle client communication and administrative tasks professionally and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a field-based sales or business development role
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organised, with effective time and territory management skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and general IT tools
  • Customer-first mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service
  • Self-starter who can work independently and contribute to team goals
  • Full, clean driving licence
