Core Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities to meet or exceed company
  • growth plans and sales targets.
  • Consult with clients to determine needs and develop customized design solutions that drive project acquisition and revenue.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, floor plans, and project documentation to secure client approval and sign contracts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure repeat business.
  • Travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, networking, and industry events, requiring a valid driving license.
  • Monitor trends, conduct market penetration activities, and represent the company in various forums to grow brand presence
