Role Summary As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in driving FlapKap’s expansion by sourcing, engaging, and acquiring new SME clients, primarily across the UAE market. You will employ data-driven strategies and multi-channel outreach—including calls, emails, and social media—to identify promising leads. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to leverage diverse digital platforms to maximize impact. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify SME leads using digital tools and market research. Execute targeted, multi-channel outreach campaigns via phone, email, and social media. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure. Maintain CRM databases with up-to-date information and performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success. Offer insights and feedback to optimize sales strategies. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or lead generation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong proficiency in digital prospecting methods using platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Maps. Resilient, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic to handle high-volume outreach and rejection. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with the UAE market is advantageous but not mandatory.
