We are expanding our operations in Ireland and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Role Overview The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a key role in driving new business growth, building strategic client relationships, and identifying opportunities within the Irish market. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a career in business development within the IT and consulting sector. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target markets. Generate leads through online research, networking, and outbound outreach. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. Understand client needs and prepare tailored business proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (preferably in IT or professional services). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Desirable Skills Experience in B2B or IT sector sales. Understanding of the Irish and UK business markets.
