REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales in steel construction, PEB, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our market presence, build strong client relationships, and secure new projects in the steel construction sector. The ideal candidate will have proven sales and business development experience in construction or steel fabrication, with a strong understanding of UAE market dynamics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel construction and fabrication sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with technical and estimation teams during bidding and project negotiation stages.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company services.
