JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our shipping and
  • logistics company. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the shipping and
  • logistics industry with a strong background in freight forwarding. As a Business Development
  • Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to
  • increase revenue, market share, and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in shipping and logistics, with a strong background in freight forwarding.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience:

  • Freight Forwarding/ Logistics: 3 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations that align with clients’ business needs and objectives.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Prepare and present business development reports to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
