How you'll make an impact You’ll actively seek out and respond to new business opportunities, exceeding your targets while maintaining a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction. By understanding the needs of our customers, you’ll offer tailored solutions from our broad range of services and products, creating opportunities to upsell and add value. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will help you secure the best terms with underwriters and insurers, ensuring the best outcomes for your clients. You’ll represent Gallagher at trade shows, expos, and industry events, using your networking skills to build relationships and seize new opportunities. As a trusted advisor, you’ll contribute to our reputation for excellence in the market, always acting with integrity and professionalism. About You You have a proven track record in business development and sales within the insurance industry, with experience delivering against targets in a regulated environment. You’re self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to generate leads and build pipelines independently. Your focus is always on the client, and you’re dedicated to providing the best possible service and outcomes. You’re a team player who values collaboration and thrives in a supportive environment.
