• Generate new leads through calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Identify and approach potential clients requiring accounting and tax services.
• Schedule and attend client meetings (online and in person).
• Present and explain the company's services and prepare quotations.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
