Right now, we’re seeking a Business Development Executive to join our International team and help us take our ambitious global plans to the next level. You’ll be joining a collaborative team of 10, working closely with fellow Account Managers and cross-functionally with teams including Delivery, Marketing, and Product. • Play a central role in acquiring and developing new clients in international markets, driving revenue growth and expanding our reach
• Build and maintain a balanced portfolio of clients, combining strategic new business wins with strong account management
• Research and target new segments, identifying high-potential leads and converting them into long-term partnerships
• Document sales trends and customer/prospect feedback and report back to management
• Use your analytical skills to monitor recruitment campaign performance and proactively address any challenges
• Actively work closely with our Marketing and Product Teams on SEM, SEO optimizations, PR, Link building and product improvement task
