JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a strategic and relationship-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead our business growth with government entities and semi-government organizations. The role demands a candidate with strong knowledge of UAE government procurement procedures, excellent networking capabilities, and a solid background in the staffing or manpower industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of business development experience in the staffing/recruitment sector with a proven track record in securing government contracts in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE government procurement laws and e-tendering portals.
  • Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
  • Established network within UAE government and semi-government sectors.
  • UAE driving license and willingness to travel across Emirates.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with UAE government departments, ministries, and semi-government entities to pitch manpower and staffing solutions.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of government opportunities through tenders, RFPs, and long-term contracts.
  • Build trusted relationships with procurement officers, HR directors, and decision-makers in government bodies.
  • Prepare and submit pre-qualifications, technical proposals, and bids in compliance with government regulations and formats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align staffing solutions with contract obligations and client expectations.
  • Monitor government announcements, public tenders, and portals for new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and effective follow-up on submissions, meetings, and ongoing government contracts.
