THE IDEAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A proven track record in business development within Automotive, Engineering, Manufacturing or related industries
- Somebody who is confident, resilient, tenacious and able to communicate effectively at all levels
- The skill to understand customers’ challenges and connect them to the solutions you can offer
- Excellent diary and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail
- The ability and discipline to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- The commitment to accurately record activities and forecast your business.
- A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Midlands and South Regions
