QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (food industry, produce sales, or restaurant supply experience is a strong asset).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with restaurant supply, grocery distribution, or farm-to-table food systems preferred.
  • Access to reliable transportation for client visits.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Corpwell is hiring a Business Development Representative / Sales Representative for Grow Fresh. In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding our client base and signing up restaurants, grocery stores, food distributors, and households to purchase fresh produce directly from our greenhouse operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and acquire new clients including restaurants, grocery stores, food service businesses, meal prep companies, and households.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Develop and execute sales and account management strategies to increase produce sales.
  • Educate clients on farm-to-table produce, local food sourcing, and sustainable agriculture.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipelines, and targets.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
