We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in cold calling and B2B/B2C outreach in the UK market. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (UK Market) Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time Roles & Responsibilities • Conduct web-based research to identify and generate data on key decision-makers within Architecture and Civil Engineering companies. • Lead appointment generation activities for the UK market using cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other relevant channels. • Communicate effectively with prospects, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Manage outbound business development activities focused on international markets, particularly the UK. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or business development for international markets. Proven experience in appointment setting and outbound sales activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Prior experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is a strong advantage. Experience working with the UK market is an added advantage.
