JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive in Dubai who can join immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a drive for success, and a passion for building relationships and generating new business opportunities.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market. You will play a key role in driving the company’s growth and success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Qualification: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, with a proven track record in business development or sales roles.
  3. Driving License: Mandatory – Valid UAE driving license required.
  4. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Language: Proficiency in English, Hindi, Malayalam; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  6. Knowledge: Familiarity with the UAE market, including industry trends and customer behaviour.
  7. Experience: Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
  8. Contracting & Negotiations: Experience in contracting and negotiations.
  9. Networking & Communication: Ability to communicate and network effectively.
  10. Presentation & Negotiation Skills: Strong presentations and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  11. Customer Service: Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  12. Attributes: Assertive, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
    This is an individual contributor role so we are looking for a hands-on candidate with strong sales skills and flexibility for business travel as needed.

Responsibilities

1.Market & Customer Analysis: Assess market trends and customer needs to identify potential growth areas. Develop a deep understanding of our target customers and how our solutions align with their objectives.
2.Sales Target & Strategy: Set ambitious sales targets based on market research, company capacity, and historical performance. Ensure sales goals align with broader company objectives and work to exceed them.
3.Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a sales plan, track progress against targets, and ensure goals are met. Adjust strategies as necessary in response to market dynamics and competitor actions.
4.Client Engagement & Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of company products and lead client meetings—both in-person and virtual. Be the expert in presenting our solutions and negotiating pricing, terms, and service agreements.
5.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers. Monitor major accounts, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
6.Issue Resolution & Feedback: Address client concerns promptly and gather valuable feedback to continuously improve our products, services, and customer satisfaction.
7.Billing & Coordination: Oversee the billing process to ensure smooth coordination and timely invoicing for all client accounts.
8.Consulting & Market Expansion: Proactively identify opportunities for growth in consulting and information services. Monitor tenders for potential consulting projects and engage with prospects.
9.Collaboration & Lead Generation: Actively contribute to lead generation efforts by collaborating with the marketing team and business manager.
10.Client Database Management: Maintain and update a global database of potential clients and contacts, working closely with regional market analysts and company affiliates.
11.Competitor & Market Intelligence: Stay informed about competitors’ activities to maintain a competitive edge and adjust strategies accordingly.
12.Reporting & Support: Prepare high-quality briefings and presentations for management, reporting on business development performance. Support the Business Manager with P&L monitoring and reporting.
