Our client has a permanent (direct hire) position located in the greater Jacksonville area for a business development professional. This is an established Home Health/Therapy company that has a high rating and great track record.
They are growing and this position will lead to a management role and have shares in the company! They are expanding and this person will be an important part of the growth strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S. / B.A. in business administration, marketing, healthcare, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Established and strong relationships with decision makers at healthcare systems a must.
• Strong background in business development with a health services organization.

• Initiate and develop strategic relationships with Professional Referral Sources. Develop referral opportunities with, hospital systems, case managers, and other healthcare providers.
• Educate physicians, healthcare providers and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
