REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for our home healthcare services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, and corporate clients.
• Drive patient referrals through effective networking and partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
