JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive recruitment business for both blue-collar and white-collar workforce segments. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions for permanent, contract, and temporary positions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development for recruitment, especially handling both blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to understand distinct hiring needs of blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented with a passion for building client relationships.

    Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities specifically for blue-collar (skilled/unskilled labor, technical workers) and white-collar (professional, managerial, and office-based roles) recruitment.
  • Understand clients’ workforce requirements separately for blue-collar and white-collar roles and design recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research focused on both segments.
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates in both blue-collar and white-collar categories.
  • Prepare and present recruitment proposals and service contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly recruitment targets.
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships by providing consistent follow-up and support.
  • Stay updated with labor market trends, industry-specific recruitment challenges, and compliance related to both workforce types.
