COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold-calling, or a similar outbound sales role, preferably in the financial services,payments or FX industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management system.
  • Knowledge of the payments or foreign exchange industry is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating leads by making outbound calls to perspective clients to schedule high-quality appointments for the Business Development team. This is a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by expanding our client base and promoting our suite of payment and foreign exchange services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead Research and Identification
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets.
  • Utilise online tools, databases, and social media platforms to source and qualify leads.
  1. Outreach and Engagement
  • Initiate contact with potential leads through email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication to build relationships with prospective clients.

  • Maintain an organised and up-to-date database of leads and prospects.

  • Address enquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the customer experience.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets.
  • Use insights to refine lead generation strategies and tactics.
