JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or relevant qualification.
  • Approximate 2 years of related working experience preferably in retail industry.
  • Strong written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to convey messages to internal & external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, well equipped with analytical skills.
  • Reliable team player and maintain good working relations while simultaneously taking a confident stand to solve problems.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to uncover gaps and opportunities for new products and services.
  • Analyze competitor strategies to identify areas for differentiation and drive brand growth.
  • Seek and capitalize on business opportunities to increase revenue streams across multiple brands.
  • Evaluate customer data to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities within and across brands.
  • Review and optimize existing workflows to address inefficiencies and improve operational performance.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to enhance and diversify leasing packages.
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients and partners to refine offerings and align them with market demands.
  • Collaborate with partners to create co-branded campaigns, bundled service offerings, and pilot programs for innovative solutions.Craft impactful, data-driven sales presentations that highlight the unique value propositions of each brand.
