BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – Industrial Solutions/Chemicals/Oil & Gas Company: Titan SmartTech Pte Ltd (Singapore HQ) Location: Indonesia (Remote-Based Role) Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new industrial clients in Indonesia for water treatment and environmental solutions. - Actively leverage your existing industrial client network to generate project opportunities. - Promote solutions including: - Water Treatment Systems - Wastewater Treatment - Water Reuse & Recycling - Industrial Environmental Solutions - Engage directly with factory owners, plant managers, engineering managers, and procurement teams. - Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical-commercial discussions. - Convert client needs into project opportunities with HQ and partners. - Manage sales pipeline and project development process. - Work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup. Requirements: - Minimum 2–5 years B2B sales/business development experience in industrial sectors. - Must have direct access to industrial clients in Indonesia. - Existing client network in one or more of the following industries: - Manufacturing - Food & Beverage - Chemicals - Industrial Parks - Data Centres - Oil & Gas / Energy - Utilities / Engineering / EPC - Strong advantage if candidate has experience in: - Water treatment / wastewater treatment - Industrial equipment / engineering solutions - Environmental / sustainability solutions - Must be able to clearly identify specific companies and decision makers they currently work with. - Ability to independently generate leads and convert opportunities. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Willing to travel within Indonesia. Must-Have (Very Important): - Must have existing industrial client relationships that can potentially be converted into water treatment opportunities. Preferred Profile: - Candidates who are currently selling into factories, industrial parks, or engineering companies. - Strong personal network in Indonesia industrial market. - Experience in solution-based/project-based sales. Working Arrangement: - Remote-based role (Indonesia). - No local office currently. - Close collaboration with Singapore HQ. - Flexible working structure based on client engagement and project needs.
