We take clients on a rewarding journey of Digital Transformation, with strengths in AI, Data, User Experience, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Analytics, while also serving clients in their IT management in technology operations, infrastructure, and applications. We serve a comprehensive client network spanning multiple industries and are helping clients meet the challenges of the digital economy in financial services, retail, transportation and logistics, telecom, services, and resource sectors, among others.
Job Brief:
A Sales professional with experience of having hunted and farmed for large IT Services organizations.

Key Responsibilities and Key performance indicators:

  • Increase Wallet Share in existing accounts
  • Establish relationships with CXOs in TPCs
  • Revenue targets
  • Profitability and margins
  • New Account Opening

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Increase Wallet share in existing Account- like StarHub.
  • Generate pipeline for new business by contacting key decision makers in TPCs and non TPCs in Singapore and Malaysia
  • Create CXO conversations and increase awareness about iCompaz in the TPC in Singapore and Malaysia
  • Originate leads and source RFPs through these conversations and ensure iCompaz is invited to participate in the RFPs
  • Run the RFP process internally and align with key stakeholders internally as well as in client and advisor organizations
  • Successfully negotiate contracts with the client team- escalate for support internally and ensure best TNCs for iCompaz
  • Track the sales and ensure housekeeping- Project codes, documentation, control RAR and ARs
  • Work on Large Deals – as defined by Infosys policies; and make every effort by engaging Infosys Sales and Delivery leadership to win them
  • Identify right contacts in client organization. Set appropriate agenda. Anchor meetings and pursue opportunities by selecting and with the help of the right selection of internal service delivery resources. Galvanize and ensure active participation from relevant internal stakeholders in propositions.
  • Position Infosys Compaz strategically and as a trusted partner
  • Create opportunities plan
  • Provide intelligence on the competition
