REQUIREMENTS

  • Basic knowledge of IT, software, or hardware is preferred.
  • Experience in selling IT products or services (Software, Cloud Storage, Cybersecurity) is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven, with a strong determination to succeed.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients across various industries that require backup solutions and IT services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase product benefits and features.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts, outlining service offerings, pricing, and terms.
  • Assist in quotation generation, order processing, payment follow-ups, and shipment coordination.
  • Work closely with the Technical Support team to gain in-depth knowledge of the products and services.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
