This is a remote position. Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 2 Years Experience in B2B sales, business development, or staffing industry Salary Structure: Base Salary for initial 12 months: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 + Incentives upto Rs.20,000 Per Month After 12 months: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 + Incentives upto Rs.30,000 Per Month Work Arrangement: Work from Home Advantage: Prior experience in IT staffing sales or working with IT service companies Language Preference - English, Kannada, Tamil/Hindi Company Website: https://fyerx.com Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients including IT companies, startups, product companies, and enterprises requiring contract staffing, permanent hiring, or project-based IT resources across Bangalore and India. Execute outbound sales strategies including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking events to generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings with decision-makers. Understand client hiring needs, technical requirements, budget constraints, and timelines; coordinate with recruitment team to propose suitable candidates and staffing solutions. Negotiate commercial terms including billing rates, payment schedules, contract duration, and service agreements; close deals and ensure smooth client onboarding process. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, provide updates on open positions, ensure service delivery quality, and identify upselling opportunities for repeat business and referrals. Requirements 2-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience with proven track record of achieving sales targets; prior experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry strongly preferred. Strong prospecting and lead generation skills; comfortable with cold calling, handling objections, and converting prospects into paying clients through consultative selling approach. Understanding of IT staffing business model, common IT roles (developers, testers, project managers), billing structures (contract vs permanent), and industry pricing benchmarks. Excellent negotiation and communication skills; ability to build rapport with C-level executives, HR heads, and hiring managers in fast-paced corporate environments. Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management; self-motivated with hunter mentality and ability to work independently to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
