Position: Business Development Executive (FEMALE)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Years of experience: Minimum 3+ yrs experience in KSA and GCC in similar role

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic, energic, and self-motivated Business Development for our Riyadh office who will be accountable for driving the growth and profitability of the firm by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing with knowledge of the consultancy services environment, or a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A degree from a recognized Western university (US, UK, Australia, Canada, or equivalent).
  • The position demands a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of engineering consultancy services and the UAE market dynamics.
  • Experience in generating leads and networking for potential leads and arranging meeting with director in charge.
  • Experience in preparing presentation ( power point, word document, excel sheet, etc), assist in preparing proposal ( technical and commercial) and update CRM.
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving successful cases.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the company’s presence in the KSA market.
  • Identify and target prospective clients, including public/private sector entities and multinational corporations, to create new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, presentations, and bids, ensuring they align with client needs and the company’s objectives.
  • Finalize and secure contracts with new and existing clients.
  • Secure Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and manage the process through to contract closure.
  • Finalize and negotiate contracts, ensuring mutual benefit and adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee and manage business development teams, including business development managers and marketing professionals.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to showcase capabilities and strengthen the company’s thought leadership.
  • Expand the company’s profile and market reach, increasing brand recognition.
