JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualifications: Applicants must have completed a Local diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in business or finance • 2–3 years of experience in insurance sales, business development, or client servicing
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s insurance regulations (MAS guideline) and product landscape
  • Strong understanding of customer needs & market trends
  • Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels
  • Conduct client needs analysis and tailor insurance solutions accordingly to support the financial advisor
  • Pitch products and services with clarity, confidence, and relevance based on individual clients’ needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies
  • Serve as a trusted partner, addressing client concerns and providing proactive relationship management between the client and sales teams
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients on business growth strategies and financial management through product launches
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to inform strategy
