KAIZEN Asset Management Services is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our business development initiatives aimed at growing our portfolio of residential and commercial property management services. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and assist in executing our strategic growth plans. You will work closely with the Business Development Director and other team members to contribute to the overall success of Kaizen. Responsibilities Generate new leads and identify potential clients through market research and networking. Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions. Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and RFP responses for prospective clients. Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment in business development efforts. Participate in networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Kaizen's services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline information in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on business development progress and key performance indicators. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles; experience in the real estate industry is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented approach to work. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is preferred.
