Join our team at Kandas Interiors as a Business Development Executive (BDE). In this role, you’ll act as a field support to the Business Development Manager and help us drive growth across Dubai’s competitive interior fit-out market.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–3 years of UAE experience in interiors / construction / real estate / facility services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident with outdoor sales and quick follow-ups
• Strong understanding of the Dubai market
• Valid UAE driving license is a must

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

• BDE: 4 years (Required)
• Interior / Fitout: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Required)

• Identify potential clients across sectors (retail, F&B, offices, clinics, etc.)
• Assist the BDM in meetings, follow-ups, and presentations
• Conduct market research and site visits to tap new leads
• Maintain and update client databases regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams to support project proposals and quotations
• Be the “runner” who bridges field intelligence with BD strategy
