Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in engaging HNWIs/UHNWIs. This role will focus on achieving KPIs and sales targets by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and securing high-value contacts who are interested in investment services in the UAE. This is a high-impact role designed to drive growth and enhance our market presence among the elite.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales targeting HNWI/UHNWI clients, preferably in the UAE or the broader MENA region.
  • Demonstrable success in achieving KPIs and sales targets in a high-stakes, competitive market.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage affluent clients and understand their unique needs.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strategic approach to relationship building.
  • Knowledge of the UAE’s legal and financial landscape is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
Responsibilities
