YOUR MONERIS CAREER - THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be accountable for Moneris’ large and key accounts (LAKA) revenue, including selling payment processing, value-added services and solutions offered by Moneris, growth, and profitability on LAKA clients. This includes signing contracts for merchant services, developing a pipeline of prospects and leads and responding to RFP’s as assigned.
Location: You will be based in our Burnaby office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship : You will report to Manager, Business Development-LAKA.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect new clients that have been determined to be LAKA size prospects
  • Sell an array of products and services offered by Moneris to meet the requirements of net new merchants
  • Create proposals and presentations targeted at solving the needs of prospects.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms and conditions to ensure that pricing and terms reflect the achievement of corporate goals
  • Utilizing a consultative sales approach, consult with clients, ensuring achievement of individual financial goals driven from organizational targets.
  • Stay current and educating clients on industry trends, competition, competitive issues and products, and the card services industry.
