About us
LEDFlex is a manufacturer of LED luminaires, established for more than 10 years. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the International markets. At LED Flex we continue to lead the way in terms of performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior lighting products.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, have experience in a similar role, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to support and work closely with the Specification Sales Managers in the UAE. Ideally you will be located in Dubai Investment Park 2, UAE.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry
  • Being proactive and flexible.
  • Good interpersonal skills and professional manner.
  • Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Organised, focused and meticulous approach to work with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Sales Director.
  • To support and work closely with LEDFlex Global Sales Team.
  • Learn how to manage and win projects.
  • Maintain positive relations with existing clients, identifying their needs and how we can meet them.
  • Attend industry networking events throughout the year to increase our brand exposure and recognition – this includes events which may be outside of office working hours.
  • Learn about lighting with a strong understanding of the company’s products and our role in the lighting industry.
  • Keep up with the latest lighting specification market in your region of responsibility.
  • Generate reports and sales forecasts for management.
  • Keep the CRM system up to date, logging new clients and project information.
  • Deliver face to face presentations.
  • Attend additional training courses when necessary.
  • Use quotation software to support the Estimation team and negotiate with customers.
