ABOUT THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ROLE:

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of capturing new business by aligning LoadSpring’s state-of-the-art technology solutions with organisations ready to modernise their project controls, data ecosystems, and digital strategies. You won’t just sell features—you’ll communicate real value, with the confidence of someone who excels at their craft.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE:

  • Own the Hunt: Relentlessly identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise prospects through research, cold outreach, networking, and referrals. You’re not waiting for leads—you’re generating them.
  • Build the Pipeline: Strategically drive and manage a high-volume pipeline of new opportunities. Book meetings, lead compelling conversations, and push opportunities forward with speed and precision.
  • Sell with Purpose: Understand your prospects’ pain points, business goals, and tech environments. Then, deliver bespoke solutions that show how LoadSpring’s platform and services will solve real problems and drive ROI.
  • Influence Decision Makers: Navigate complex enterprise structures, build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, and influence buying groups to a successful close. Lead negotiations with clients and steer complex sales processes and long-term contract conditions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work alongside Marketing to drive demand and fine-tune campaigns, and collaborate with Product teams to share customer insights and support innovation.
  • Forecast Like a Pro: Deliver accurate, data-driven pipeline reports and forecasts. Own your targets and exceed them.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to contribute to LoadSpring’s strategic sales direction.
