Job Title: Business Development Executive – Logistics & Fuel Transportation
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our logistics company specializing in petroleum transportation across the Abu Dhabi region. Our business focuses on diesel deliveries, vehicle rentals, and fleet operations with both heavy and light vehicles. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, transportation, or fuel delivery services and a proven track record in acquiring new clients and growing revenue.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fuel delivery, or vehicle rental business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of fleet operations, heavy and light vehicle logistics, and fuel transportation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fuel deliveries, vehicle rentals, and related logistics services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including fuel distributors, commercial businesses, and other stakeholders.
  • Leverage existing industry contacts to generate immediate sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve business targets.
  • Collaborate with operations and fleet management teams to ensure smooth execution of deliveries and services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust business strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for senior management.
  • Represent the company at local business events, networking opportunities, and industry gatherings.
