Location: Hybrid – two office days and three home days per week with travel to client sites as required

Responsibilities
  • Supporting new business growth through prospect pipeline management, outreach, and re-engaging lapsed clients.
  • Building our online presence, especially on LinkedIn, to attract and acquire new clients.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for tactical client projects, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Liaising with field staff, clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and to key metrics.
  • Preparing business tenders, client reports, analysing campaign data, and making recommendations.
  • Visiting stores to maintain up-to-date knowledge and support campaign briefs.
  • Ensuring data and feedback from field visits are accurate, timely and insightful.
