Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and combining technical knowledge of property development with strong sales skills. This role requires proactive engagement with potential clients and collaboration with internal teams to support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate development sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
  • Understand and communicate the technical aspects of property development to potential buyers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to align strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in Developers Office (Preferred)
  • Strong understanding of property development processes and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
